How to find it:

Travelling North on the A19 with Middlesbrough on the right, turn left on the A1046 (signed to Stockton) and travel for half a mile, crossing one set of traffic lights. Then turn left into Portrack Grange Road. Continue for a quarter of a mile and then turn left into Portrack Grange Close. The units are on the right at the end of the road.
