How to find it:
From the A19, take the A1027 (signed to Billingham) and travel
east towards the town centre. At the first roundabout go straight
on, bearing right at the mini-roundabout 50 yards ahead. Carry on
for half a mile and at the next roundabout turn left into Cowpen
Lane. Carry on for a further mile, passing the Cowpen Industrial
Estate on the right. Turn right into Bentley Avenue, carry on for
500 yards and turn left at the T junction into Macklin Avenue. The
property is at the end of Macklin Avenue
where it connects with Lagonda Road, which is on the right. |
